Quarrantines. Lockdowns. Travel restrictions. Vaccines. As the pandemic rolled across the globe in 2020, it was often difficult to imagine finding "normal" again. And yet, as restrictions lifted, people took back "normal" through road trips, regional travel, and reunions. To help our guests reclaim the map, our messaging focused on the reassuring measures IHG had in place like flexible booking and cleanliness. Out of this was born one of our themes for the year — Stay with Confidence — which infused our global campaigns with peace of mind.
